End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the “QBO Audit Tool” (the “Software”).

1. Who may use the Software

The Software is provided for private/internal use by the operator of the domain qbo.accounts.netuse.co.uk (the “Provider”) and its authorised personnel only. You must not use the Software unless you are authorised by the Provider.

2. Licence

Subject to this Agreement, the Provider grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Software for internal bookkeeping/auditing purposes.

4. QuickBooks / Intuit

The Software may connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online via Intuit APIs. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Provider is not Intuit and Intuit is not responsible for the Software.

5. Data and availability

The Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or the accuracy/completeness of any outputs.

6. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to use of the Software.

8. Termination

The Provider may suspend or terminate access at any time. On termination, you must stop using the Software.
